FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS..

NO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please make sure you are happy with your choice as I cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been printed to order for you.

DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY

My prints are delivered in good quality protective wrapping.

In the unlikely event of a print arriving to you damaged, please take a photo of any damaged postal packaging or ripped corners before unwrapping the whole print.

Also please take a photo of any damage to the actual print and contact me as soon as possible. This enables us to replace your print ASAP and take up an enquiry with the postal company.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders placed on a Friday after 5pm (Singapore time) will be processed the following Monday morning. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be prepared for you and delivery details are confirmed as soon as we receive them from our printer.

My prints are 'PRINTED TO ORDER' by my printer in Hong Kong and hand delivered by my printer's driver (HK),courier (overseas).

URGENT ORDERS - less than 5 WORKING days

Urgent orders can be processed within reason but require confirmation.  Please try and order with 4+ days to spare to avoid disappointment and to give my printer time during busy times of the year. 

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS

My canvas prints are printed in 'gallery standard' archival Giclee inks with a special invisible coating which stops the colours from fading over time.

However, if you live in a country with high or varying humidity, please ensure that you hang the prints in a well ventilated cool room where you use air conditioning and/or dehumidifiers on a regular basis. Just like any other valuable belongings such as bags, shoes and clothes they need to be cared for carefully in such conditions to prevent them getting mouldy.
