We will try everything in our power to get prints to you as fast and efficiently as possible but please remember that our prints are not mass produced but ‘printed to order’ for each customer.

Deliveries cover any address in Hong Kong, including New Territories, Discovery Bay and Lantau. Please CONTACT US for any other outlying islands.

SINGAPORE DELIVERY:  3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS - HK$100 / S$20

Courier delivery to your door (from date of dispatch) from my printer in Hong Kong.  Signature required. Tracking number provided.

As this is a two step process of printing and then framing behind acetate, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Please Note: Due to multiple handling, high ‘art crating’ cost and risk of damage issues for framed prints, I only print onto UNFRAMED canvas or etching paper for overseas customers. The prints are rolled in protective tissue and posted in a sturdy black tube with my LHD branding on it.

EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES

Local custom charges and duties may be applied at point of delivery which is beyond our control. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred.

MISSED DELIVERIES

All packages are sent via international Hong Kong Speedpost courier from Hong Kong. Customers will be sent an email from us containing tracking information once the order has shipped, so do please keep an eye out for this email and be available for your delivery.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for accepting their order delivery. We cannot be responsible for additional shipping or print fees if you are not available to receive your package or if you have given an incorrect or incomplete address.

URGENT ORDERS

Please try and order with 4+ days to spare to avoid disappointment and to give my printer time. However, urgent orders of less than 3 days can be processed depending on how busy my printer is. Please contact us for confirmation first on:  info@louise-hill-design.com
