When Darsala joined an exciting project called ’Singapore Story’ for TAFF (Textile & Fashion Federation of Singapore) - I was honoured that they asked me to collaborate with them. My Singapore themed prints seemed a good choice to use as subject matter to add to their beautiful bags.
Owned by former model and fashion editor Barbara Layachi, Darsala create luxurious handbags and jewellery that are chic, sophisticated and classic with a modern edge. Crafted with the finest attention to detail, each bag is designed to be a true statement piece in innovative colour combinations and luxurious textures of exotic skins and fine leather.

Both Barbara and myself love to work with precise layers and attention to detail, evident in all of her bag and jewellery design which sits well with the style of my multilayered imagery.
I am always curious to experiment with my design and love a collaboration - so I'm very excited to have found this happy ‘marriage of minds’ to create a beautiful collection that I am proud to share with you!
